The devastation the family of Nathan Hubbard is feeling is really unimagineable. Jeff and Peggy Hubbard are in seclusion; mourning now a second son, 21 year old Nathan Hubbard. Wednesday night, family members found out Nathan’s older brother, Jason, was on the same mission with his younger brother- when the helicopter Nathan was on went down.

Family spokesperson Tim Rolen says, “He was in another helicopter on the same mission. The men in that helicopter were required to be the rescue attempt on the downed helicopter. There’s that pain of knowing that a brother was so close to the death of his younger brother.”

The title of this post may be funny, why, does somebody else says that muslim not allowed to sing?

This blog not about muslim or Islam, but when someone ask me about this in one of internet forum, it hit me.

Why someone else saying that singing is not allowed in Islam? They also bring a few hadiths to prove it.

After a few questions and search in google, I found out that there are muslim that believe that singing is not allowed, but there are others who believe that singing is allowed.

This is a good reading about singing in Islam, specially the last one about the word ‘Haram’.

We do have differences in Islam, just like Syah and Sunni, Muhammadiyah and NU. But after all, we all Muslim, we all brothers.

This morning I saw the entertainment news that Indonesia Group Band Samson, releasing a new video clip called “For You”.

The song “For You” based on the entertainment news, is dedicated for Indonesian Forces that will be going on peace mission to Libanon. Where parents of the soldiers, Including The Indonesian President (one of the soldier is son of Indonesian President) say goodbye to the soldiers.

This should be a very good Video Clip.

In the entertainment news, The Samson repeatedly say that we should be proud to be Indonesian.

I agree. Totally agree.

The commercial break show, a girl calling her boy friend, crying, say that her got pregnant, while holding a pregnancy test in her hand.

Rather than commercial break from Fiesta Condom, that suggest free sex is OK as long as you use protection. The Fiesta Condom commercial break is targeting for teenager because it show more frequently in MTV Indonesia (Global TV).

Laurier make a step further, just don’t do it.

The statistic for free sex in youth in Indonesia is shocking. That up to 30% of teenager in Indonesia is already doing free sex (hanyawanita.com).

Laurier also make a road show to give teenager more education about this. This is one of report of the show from Bandung.

Keep Virgin, Be Healthy is a good campaign.
