Memang susah hidup sebagai polisi, gaji kecil dan masih mejadi sasaran caci mai masyarakat yang tidak sabaran dan tidak mengerti. Bagi sebagian masyarakat lebih mudah mencari kambing hitam daripada menggunakan akal sehatnya.

Kalau jalan macet di jagain salah, tidak di jagain juga salah.

Tidak jauh beda dengan pemilu-pemilu sebelumnya, pemilu yang sekarang juga penuh dengan hura-hura. Di setiap kampanye, terutama di kota besar pasti di sediakan acara konser gratis, entah itu konser dangdut atau konser rock. Bahkan untuk para partisan pun disediakan souvenir gratis yang biasanya berupa kaos parpol, bahkan mungkin lebih dari sekedar kaos, dan tidak lupa titipan agar mencontreng parpol yang bersangkutan bila saatnya tiba.

Kalau kata orang Jakarta bilang “emang gue pikirin”.

Yang penting bisa nonton konser musik gratis, dapat kaos gratis, dapat makan gratis dan bahkan dapat uang gratis. Masalah apa yang akan dipilih nanti ya, terserah.

Saya jadi ingat teman saya waktu pemilu lima tahun yang lalu, dia berhasil memecahkan rekor dengan mengumpulkan 6 buah kaos dari 6 parpol yang berbeda, sementara yang lain paling hanya 3-4 parpol.

Lalu apakah kampanye model hura-hura seperti ini akan berhasil? Atau hanya membuang uang secara percuma?

Mungkin ada baiknya dana kampanye yang mencapai puluhan milyar rupiah tersebut di kumpulkan untuk keperluan yang lebih mulia, misalnya memperbaiki gedung sekolah yang sudah rusak, menambah buku-buku di perpustakaan sekolah, membuat lab komputer dan lab bahasa, dan masih banyak lagi.

Dari pada sekedar menghadirkan artis dangdut untuk bergoyang erotis di depan masa dari segala usia.

Masyarakat sekarang tidaklah bodoh dan tidak mudah untuk di bodohi.

Untuk melakukan kampanye, para caleg DPR dan DPRD harus mengeluarkan uang yang tidak sedikit, bahkan mencapai ratusan juta rupiah.

Bila mereka rela mengeluarkan uang puluhan bahkan ratusan juta rupiah agar mereka terpilih menjadi anggota DPR dan DPRD yang terhormat, lalu apa yang akan mereka lakukan agar ‘modal’ mereka bisa kembali? Dengan berlipat ganda tentunya.

Mungkin ada benarnya ucapan seorang permadi di tv one, pilihlah caleg atau parpol yang tidak mengiklankan diri.

Well, I think I have the answer. It was God who created the universe with the process that our scientists named it the big bang.

Big bang itself, if one would think, it’s the proof of God existence. How come from a material (or what ever it was) that so small can become this very vast universe? Scientists even consider that the material, the origin of the universe is even smaller than a golf ball or even there was no material at all.

And this is what the athest thik abut the bing bang.

After the explosion and while the universe expanding, it magically created it own laws of physics where it being follows by the process.

And magically there are two asteroids collided and create our moon.

And magically earth bombarded by comets and asteroids that bring water and iron to earth (there are scientists that consider water is not originated from earth).

What if that nothing magically about the process, because God made it happen?

God is beyond this universe. God doesn’t need to follows the laws of physics or even time. God already exist before this universe com to exist and still exist after this universe come to an end.

Do you like to play computer games?

I do. One of my favorite game is Age of Empires, where I controls a group of people, move them along the computers screen and order them what to do with a click of a mouse.

Some of them will gather wood and some of them will hunt animals for food. Some of them will become knights and some of them will become archers. Some of them will build walls and some of them will repair docks.

What if that the people that I controls can think?

They will think that they become a lumberjack because it is their talent, they will think that they become archers because they get years of training. They don’t realize that they become what they are because I want them to do.

I help them to survive from stone age to imperial age, I even help them build wonderful wonders. I help them for every little achievements they made.

But if they can think, they will think that they made all the achievements on their own. They will think that they created wonderful wonders on their own, they are not realize that was me who made in happen.

What if that God playing the similar game right now and we become the people in the game. We are the food gatherer, we are the lumberjacks, we are the knights and we are the archers and we follows what God order us to do and not even realize it.

Like the people in the game, we are proudly proclaim that what we achieved and what we will achieves is ours only. There is no God that help us.

We will say “Where was God when we created our first air plane, where was God when we drop atomic bomb, where was God when our Neil Neil Amstrong walked in the moon and so on and so on”.

Like the people in the game, we are not realize that what ever we do is because God want us to do. We are following the mouse pointer of God like the people in the game following mine. God sometimes put us in automatic mode, where we do as we want.

What if what we becoming now because God want us to be? Because God order us to be? Just like in the game of Age of Empires.
